Lear, King of Britain, in an attempt to avoid future strife, divides his kingdom between his three daughters. His eldest two, Regan and Goneril, respond to his request for a show of love, but Cordelia is unable to, not wanting to be hypocritical.

  This performance runs for 2 hours and 20 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission. Post-show discussions after Sunday 3pm matinee performances only. Student matinees at 10am on October 8, 10, 16, 18, 24. Please contact groups@actorsshakespeareproject.org if interested.
