ASP 3-time winner at Norton Awards!

The 35th Annual Elliot Norton Awards ceremony took place Monday, May 15, 2017 at the BU Theatre in Boston, and it was a veritable who’s who of the Boston theater scene!

 

The awards, presented by the Boston Theater Critics Association, recognized theatrical performances between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2017.

 

ASP is incredibly honored to have walked away with not one, not two, but THREE awards:

  • Outstanding Male Performer, Midsize Theater: Maurice Emmanuel Parent* for his performance in the title role of Edward II
  • Outstanding Director, Midsize Theater: David R. Gammons for Edward II
  • Outstanding Design, Midsize Theater: Sara Brown (set), Jeff Adelberg** (lighting), Rachel Padula-Shufelt (costumes), David Wilson** (sound design), Omar Robinson (violence design) and Elizabeth Rocha (props) for Edward II
