Over the past year, the ASP staff, resident artist company, and board worked tirelessly to forge an actionable and ambitious plan for Actors’ Shakespeare Project for us to achieve short-term goals of equity and excellence while solidifying long-term stability.

Today, we’re proud to release the product of that labor to the public: our 2024-26 Strategic Plan, a guiding path and vision for ASP over the next three seasons to position ourselves for continuing success as a fixture in Boston theatre.
