Rachel Belleman*

Rachel Belleman  is a New York Based actor, elated to be working again with Actors’ Shakespeare Project. She returns to ASP after their 2019 production of Twelfth Night. In the Spring, catch Rachel in Deal Me Out at Boston Playwrights’ Theatre. Recent credits: 1776 (New Rep Theatre), Broadway Jukebox (Brown Box Theatre Project), Exit the King (Actors’ Shakespeare Project), Love’s Labour’s Lost and Midsummer Night’s Dream (Commonwealth Shakespeare), Bridges of Madison County (SpeakEasy Stage), and Stuart Little (Wheelock Family Theatre). Christopher V. Edwards

Chris Edwards (Director)  For ASP Pride and Prejudice 2019, Equivocation 2018 and Much Ado About Nothing 2018.  As a director, shows include: Fences, Othello, Romeo and Juliet, The Three Musketeers, Around the World in 80 Days, Hamlet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Winter’s Tale, Water by the Spoonful, The Bomb-itty of Errors, How to Break, Venus in Fur, and  A Raisin in the Sun.  He has worked in London’s West End, Off-Broadway, The National Theatre of Oslo in Norway, The Helix in Ireland, The Fringe in Edinburgh, John Houseman’s The Acting Company, HERE Arts Center, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Penumbra Theatre, The Flea Theater, Cleveland Playhouse, Hip-Hop Theatre Festival, Utah Shakespeare Festival, SOHO Rep, the Guthrie Theatre, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Dorset Theater Festival and Gloucester Stage Company to name a few.  Chris received an M.F.A. from the U. of MN in Association with the Guthrie Theatre. Administrative: Artistic Director, Nevada Conservatory Theatre, Associate Artistic Director, Director of Education and Apprentice Training with the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival. Aja M. Jackson

Aja M. Jackson (Lighting Design) is a Boston-based lighting designer. Recent regional credits include Hear Word! (American Repertory Theatre), Ragtime (Wheelock Family Theatre), Nat Turner in Jerusalem (Actors’ Shakespeare Project), Straight White Men and Nixon’s Nixon (New Rep), Leftovers (Company One – Strand Theatre), The Last Wife (WAM Theatre), and Wit (Calderwood Pavilion – Boston Center of Performing Arts). Other credits include the Midwest tour of What the Wind Taught Me and The Biomorphic Dance Festival in NYC. Aja is Resident Lighting Designer and core collaborator for interdisciplinary, site-specific movement company, Nourishment (www.thisisnourishment.com). Previously she worked as a stage manager with the Denver Center Theatre Company and in Production Management at The Santa Fe Opera. Aja holds an M.F.A. in Lighting Design from Boston University, a B.F.A. in Lighting Design from the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film, and a B.A. in Dance Performance from the School of Music. Aja is a Mentor in Residence with Brighter Boston, an outreach organization aimed at giving urban teens practical training in event and theatre productions.

Afsoon Pajoufar

Afsoon Pajoufar (Scenic Designer) is a NYC based freelance designer of stage and environment for play, opera and live performance. She earned her MFA in Set Design at Boston University. Her work focuses on the proximity between audience, actors and environment. Her recent design credits include: s.i.n.s.o.f.u.s (Harvard University), Lathe of Heaven (Booth Theatre-Boston), Collective Nouns (Corkscrew Festival- New York) and The Silence (MIT Theatre- Cambridge). Her design for “Cabaret” is chosen for the 2019 American Exhibit at the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space. Afsoon is originally from Tehran, Iran. www.afsoonpajpufar.com

Marc Pierre*

Marc Pierre is making his ASP debut.  Most recent credits include Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead (Huntington Theatre Company), Three Musketeers (Greater Boston Stage Company), Cardboard Piano (New Repertory Theatre), Fences (Florida Repertory Theatre), Gloria (Gamm Theatre), Brawler (Kitchen Theatre Company), Airness (Actors Theatre of Louisville), Milk Like Sugar (Huntington Theatre Company), When January Feels Like Summer (Central Square Theater), Peter and the Starcatcher (Lyric Stage Company), and The Flick (Gloucester Stage). Television and film credits include “Castle Rock” (Hulu) and Twelve (Radar Pictures). Mr. Pierre is a recipient of the Isabel Sanford Scholarship and holds a BFA from Emerson College.

Heather Radovich*

Heather Radovich (Stage Manager) is a stage and production manager originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. Recent stage managing credits include Nixon’s Nixon (New Repertory Theatre), Pride & Prejudice (ASP), Power Play (Shakespeare Now! Theatre Company), and Priscilla Beach Theatre’s 2018 season. Heather also works as the production manager at Wheelock Family Theatre. She received her MFA in stage management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her BA in technical theatre from Sonoma State University. Ysabelle Regis

Ysabelle Regis (Costume Designer) is delighted to be making her debut with Actors’ Shakespeare Project. From Winthrop Massachusetts, Ysabelle is currently a student a Boston University, pursuing a BFA in Theatre Arts, as well as a BA in Political Science. Recent/Favorite Credits include Our Country’s GoodCunning Little Vixen, and Peter & the Starcatcher, all produced within the last year at Boston University’s School of Theatre.

Ivy Ryan

Ivy Ryan is over the moon to be making her Actors’ Shakespeare Project debut. Recent regional credits include Measure for Measure (Brown Box Theatre Project), Antony and Cleopatra (Virginia Arts Festival), Man of La Mancha, Fiddler on the Roof, The Scarlet Letter, Romeo and Juliet (New Repertory Theatre), Move Your Face (Boston Theater Company), Nomad Americana (Fresh Ink Theatre), NSFW (Theatre on Fire). She has developed new plays for many companies including Boston Playwrights’ Theatre, SpeakEasy Stage Company, Bridge Repertory Theater. Ivy is an educator specializing in ensemble devising, movement, and Shakespeare. She has worked with students of all ages in schools, universities, and arts organizations in eight states. Ivy trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Shakespeare & Company, Intimacy Directors International, and earned her BFA in Acting from Boston University. Kelsey Whipple

Kelsey Whipple (Assistant Stage Manager) is thrilled to be working with ASP again for this production! She is a graduate from Suffolk University with a BA in theater and an arts administration minor.
