Shakespeare Fan Fiction Youth Arts Festival

Shakespeare Fan Fiction Youth Arts Festival:  Call for Entries

The Shakespeare Fan Fiction Youth Arts Festival is a youth-run celebration of young people’s creativity, inspired by the plays and poetry of William Shakespeare. The festival invites youth artists from multiple disciplines to showcase their work: entries in video, drama, poetry, dance, music, and visual art are all welcome.  Entrants have total freedom to determine the source of what inspires their piece, whether Shakespeare’s storylines, characters, poetic language, etc. There is no baseline requirement for “how much” Shakespeare you use, or “how faithful” your work is to the source of your inspiration.

Interested in being a juror and helping organize the festival?  Fill out our application form, and we will be in touch.
